Our family has raised specialty crops, corn, and pigs for generations! We're excited at the opportunity for our kids to take over the farm someday, and that's why we care so deeply about sustainability.

We Raise

While our parents graciously offered us the choice to either continue the family dairy or pursue our own paths, it quickly became evident that our hearts were rooted in carrying forward our family’s legacy in the dairy industry.

All our cheeses find their home in our subterranean aging cave, designed after the time-honored cheese caves of Switzerland. This sanctuary not only provides a natural aging environment, but also champions energy efficiency and sustainable practices within our creamery.

Sustainability has always been a cornerstone of our family values, guiding herd management, cheese production, and even influencing the creation of our products like Extreme Ice and Dog-O’s Treats.
