Meet The Bell Family

Almost 4,000 miles and six generations separate our current family from our ancestors that farmed in Ireland in the 1800s. More recently, our family has farmed in eastern Mercer County since the 1960s. A lot has changed about farming in the last 200+ years, even in the last 60. But as the one responsible for the day-to-day decisions and operations of our grain and pig farm, I have to imagine what motivates me is also what motivated those who came before me: the chance to watch the next generation learn the importance of agriculture.
